How will I know what my cards will look like?

Each item is custom-made for you, so your cards will look unique from anyone else's. We offer several examples of how a card might look in order to give you the best possible example of how your cards will look. Be prepared for the color of your cards to vary from how it appears on your screen due to differences in how monitors display colors. Due to these variations, we cannot guarantee any precise shade of color.

How do I add inside text to my cards?

Adding inside text is perfect for thank you notes, invitations, and announcements. And the best part? It's easy to do!

Check the “inside text” box and type in up to 8 lines of text. Your text will appear in clean, modern type. Capitalize and break your text where you’d like. Use as many or as few lines as you need. We'll center your text on the card and lay it out perfectly.

Inside text is an additional $20 per set. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 working days plus shipping time.

Do I have to use my name on my cards?

No, not at all! Personalized cards allow you to express whatever you want. You can use themes like: Thank you, Greetings from John, or your address. Our designs can be used to promote an event or your business. You can use our cards to say just about anything.

How long will it take to get my cards?

Orders ship in 5 to 7 business days. (If you have a rush order or special request, please email us in advance to see if we can accommodate your request.) When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your package. Delivery dates/times are the responsibility of the carrier (FedEx or USPS), so please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Why do the colors names seem similar?

We use generic color names because colors vary so differently. Everyone interprets colors differently, and computer monitors vary extensively. We work hard to ensure that the colors look as accurate as possible on the screen. Please keep in mind that colors will vary somewhat - they may print lighter or darker than what's on your monitor.

What are my shipping options? Do you ship outside the United States?

We offer several FedEx shipping options for deliveries in the United States. (FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we will use the U.S. Postal Service for delivery to P.O. boxes.) International shipping is done via the U.S. Postal Service.

  • FedEx Home Delivery: Delivery in 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii)
  • FedEx Express Saver: Delivery in 3 business days
  • FedEx 2Day: Delivery in 2 business days
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Delivery the next business day

  • Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
  • USPS Express Mail International: 3-5 business days
  • USPS Global Express Guaranteed: 1-3 business days

All shipping methods use online tracking so you can know where your cards are and when they are delivered.

How do you calculate the shipping costs?

Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx and USPS based on your location. International customers, please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

Do you charge sales tax?

For most orders, no. For orders being shipped to Texas, we are required to charge 8.25% state sales tax.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All of our products are personalized items and are not returnable. At checkout, you are given the opportunity to proof and make changes to your design choice, color selection and personalization. After your review your order and make any necessary changes, you will be required to click “okay to print”. By clicking “okay to print” you are agreeing to our return policy and understand that we do not accept returns. We will immediately correct and replace your cards at our expense if there is a typographical error on our part.

What are the sizes of the calling cards and note cards?

Note cards, folded, are 5.5” wide x 4.25” high. Calling cards are standard business card size, 3.5” by 2”.

If I buy calling cards or note cards, can I use the design?

No. All designs are the property of Hi, Society! Design Studio and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing our cards does not allow you to reproduce the design in whole or in part. By using our site, you consent to respecting our legal rights.

What about gift certificates?

If your order is more than the value of your gift certificate, you will be charged for the balance of your order. If you spend less than the value of your gift certificate, the remaining balance remains in our system until you spend it. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and using our site's order history feature. Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirmation from us. Your confirmation will include a FedEx or USPS tracking number.

What is your privacy policy?

Hi, Society! Design Studio will never rent or sell your personal information to a third party. For details on how we protect your privacy, please see our privacy policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Hi, Society! Design Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please note: Your credit card statement will read "Element K Co." for your purchase
